This book, written by Dr. Zhi Gang Sha is mostly about the soul, body and mind. Nothing struck out in the book to me, except for this part around Leadership and Management in which he states:

Every business needs leadership. The leader must have the vision and ability to create and manifest the mission of the business. A great leader must be able to do the following:

• present a clear vision and a direction in which to move the company
• have great abilities to plan, market and control
• create efficient and effective business operations
• delegate responsibilities to others
• offer great love, care and compassion to all employees
• gather employees' hearts and motivate team effort
• be client and customer-oriented
• be sensitive to mistakes and act quickly to correct them
• implement great systems for rewarding good work and preventing mistakes 

This was a great leadership tip in a book of souls. I liked it so much, I thought I'd pass this info on to anyone interested in management.
