Enjoy the power & beauty of your youth,
Never mind ! You would not understand the power &
beauty of your youth, Until they fade away.
Trust me! After Twenty years you look back at photos
of yourself
Call in a way you can grasp now
How much possibility lay before you and
How fabulous you looked.
You are not as fat as you imagine.
Do not worry about the future or worry that know the
worry,
as the fact is trying to solve an algebra equation
while chewing gum.
The real trouble in your life are apt to be things
which never crossed your worried mind.
The kinds of that blinds you at 4 P.M. on some ideal
Tuesday.
Do one thing everyday that scares you. SING!
Don't be reckless with other peoples hearts,
Don't put up with people who are wreckless with yours.
FLOSS!
Don't waste your time on jealousy.
Sometimes you are ahead, sometimes you are behind.
The race is long and in the end it is with yourself.
Remember compliments you reciece, forget the insults.
If you succeed in doing this, tell me how?
Keep you old love letters, throw away your bank
statements. STRETCH!
Don;t feel guilty if you don't know what you want to
do with your life
The most interesting people I know didn't knew at 22
what they wanted to do with their lives
Some of the most interesting 40 years old I know,
still don't.
Get plenty of Calcium, be kind to your knees, you will
miss them when they are gone.
Maybe you will marry, maybe you won't
Maybe you will have children, may be you won't
Maybe you will divorce at 40
May be you will dance the funky chicken on your 75th
wedding anniversary.
Whatever you do, don't congratulate yourself too much
Or berate yourself either
Your choices are half chances, so are everybody elses.
Enjoy your body, use it everywhere where you can
Don't be afraid of it or what other people think of
it.
Its the greatest instrument you'll ever own. DANCE!
Even if you have no where to do it but in your own
lift.
Read the directions even if you don't follow them
Do not read beauty magazines, they will only make you
feel ugly.
Get to know your parents, you'll never know when they
will be gone for good
Be nice to your siblings, they are your best link to
your past
And they are most likely to stick with you in future.
Understand that friends come and go, but with the
precious few you should hold on.
Work hard to put the gap in geography and lifestyle
For the older you get the more you'll need the people
you knew when you were young
Live in New York city once, but leave before it makes
you hard
Live in Nothern California once, but leave before it
makes you soft
Travel, except certain in alienable troops.
Price will rise, politician will flatter, you too will
grow old
And when you do so, phantasise that when you were
young
Prices were reasonable, politicians were noble and
children respected their elders
Respect your elders.
Don't expect anyone else to support you
May be you will have trust fund, may be you will have
a wealthy spouse
But you never know when either might run out.
Never mess too much with your hair
Or by the time you are forty, it will look
Eighty-five.
Be careful whose advise you buy,
But be patient with those who supply advice.
The form of nostalgia, spencing it, is a way of
fishing the past from disposal
Wiping it off, Painting over the ugly past and
recycling it for more than its worth.
But trust me I'm the Sunscreen
